About me:

Hi! I'm Angelique, most places my kits are known under the design name Digital Embellishments. I live in Memphis with the love of my life  and two spoiled dogs. I have been psping for about 3 years and  started making scraps late last year. This year I started using poser and  creating tubes. Before I started making kits, I created signature tags and  Incredimail stats, but now I am hooked on posers and scraps!

The following are the terms of use for any and all Pay to use Scrap Items from Digital Embellishments/Angelique Field©


As of today July 18, 2008 all pay to use scrap items (excluding Items Specified for Commercial Use in your own kits) may be used for the following purposes:

Any Kits purchased from Digital Embellishments may be used to create for free to use or scraps for hire, web sets, web space layouts, digital scrapbook pages and custom made signature tags.
You may print my items for your own personal use
You may NOT add them to your own kits for sale or for free whether recolored or as is.
You may NOT create brushes or masks with them
You may NOT give away or sell any of my kits
You MUST credit me with the scrap kit(tags and stats)

This credit must be given even on tags with artists who require copyright as I have politely left the copyright symbol off, therefore it is perfectly fine to use this phrasing. Scraps by Angelique

All Items created in this kit are copyrighted to me and are my creation, please do not use for any purpose not listed here unless you contact me first.

By purchasing tubes from Angelique Field at Digital Embellishments you agree to follow these terms of use.

You May NOT resale any tubes.
You may NOT use any tubes to create masks or brushes
You may not upload my tubes to any group share or file sharing site.
You may not burn my files to disk with the intent of selling or distributing.
You may NOT share my tubes in any way, free to use tubes or otherwise.
You MAY use my tubes to create for sale items such as Web Sets, Custom Stationary, Custom tags, website layouts etc.
You MAY NOT use in scrap kits, in anyway shape or form! No exceptions!
You MUST use your license and my Copyright on ALL completed Items.
This includes ALL groups, no url no tag as my page contains NO adult content. If your group does not allow my url you may contact me for other arrangements

Pinup or AC tubes may be covered, clothes MAY NOT be put on them.
