About me:
My name is Elsina, which is a short from
Elisabeth or Elisheva in Hebrew. I was born in the Netherlands
in 1963. I am living for over 22 years in a kibbutz in Israel,
mother of 4 daughters (born between 1988 and 1997) and a son who
died in 1992 (I have APS), vegetarian and zodiac cancer, with a
dog, and 12 cats. I speak Dutch, German, English and Hebrew and
have an MA in History. I like to paint with oil, acrylics and
watercolors and draw with pastels and pencil. I use Poser and
Bryce mostly for 3D arts. Subjects vary between maritime, still
life, historical and fantasy. For my 2D graphics and webdesigns
I use mainly PSP 7.

Overlays:
All Overlays are just that, Overlays and are to be used in
your background /element creations.

overlay in a scrap kit as a add on or element unless you have
altered it to be yours
You may alter color mix and match
overlays to your liking.
You may not resel overlays
individually or in packs
Textures/styles:
Fabric seamless tiles/styles may be used to create commercial
papers or other elements. My fabrics can not be made into styles
or patterns for photoshop as this would be in direct
competition.
Doodles:
You may use doodles as doodle files in your scrap kits as
long as you do not use more than 30% of my doodles at once.
any other element files:
you may use elements free as your need arrises.
You may
not make complete element packs only from my elements (no more
than 30%).
You may make element packs if you are mixing my
elements into other elements.
( for instance: bows on frames
etc) See below.

You may not redistribute these items AS IS in their original
form.
Do not save them in other formats and redistribute as
such.
They may not be included in a similar resource pack or
placed in any online collection or archive;
in addition they
are not to be placed within any compilation CD, software or
other media.You may not use any part of this product in such a
way that individual elements of it could be extracted and use by
another.
They may not be made into filters, tubes, brushes,
nozzles or other current/future software plugins for free or for
resale.
These files are not to be redistributed in groups.

Offer my elements as freebies unless...
If used in any
product intended to be distributed digitally, any and all
elements of this product used for such purposes must be
digitally merged with other images, such as backgrounds, frames,
clusters, tags, mats etc. This inlcudes flattened
quickpages.This also includes websdesign. bloglayouts etc. That
means you can not give away my elements as recoloured freebies,
unless you make it into a freebie from which my elements can no
be extracted.
